Replaceable batteries are currently only available for the following models: Tile Mate (2018, 2020) and Tile Pro. All other Tiles have built-in, non-replaceable batteries- please do not attempt to physically replace the batteries. You can replace these Tiles through our reTile program. A new battery.

We do not control the lifespan of your Tile, the battery is guaranteed to last a full year from activation. If your Tile's battery dies before a year has passed from the time of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
Can you reset a tile?
When a Tile is activated to an account, it cannot be deactivated; however, it can be transferred! In order to protect your privacy, you can have the seller contact the Tile Support Team using their Tile app account email address so that we can transfer the Tile to you!
